PTFE Design & Engineering Assistance - We can help you refine your concept into a production ready part design using 2D & 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD LT® and SolidWorks®). Email us your specifications. We custom compression mold nearnet parts and components utilizing Teflon ® PTFE resin. These include solid & hollow balls, ball valve seats and seals, high-purity valve body stock, PTFE insulators and connectors, PTFE bearings, spacers, washers, and sleeve bearings and linings. APT machines made-to-order precision CNC machined parts from high-purity materials for Chemical Handling components and Pump parts, Semiconductor processing equipment, custom Labware for Scientific Research Projects, Biotech & Pharmaceutical processing, FDA approved Food Industry products, and Electrical & Electronics applications. Materials processed include Virgin, Filled Compounds, Colored & Modified PTFE (Teflon® NXT: NXT 70, NXT 75, NXT 85). PTFE compounds include PTFE fillers of glass fiber, carbon, bronze, stainless steel, molybdenum - each compounded with PTFE to improve mechanical & wear properties.
