Applied Plastics Technology, Inc. can supply you with made-to-order Teflon® PTFE compression molded blank shapes for your own in-house machining. Compression molded material shapes include blocks, plate, short sections of rod & tube, and solid balls or ball blanks. These are made-to-order, and generally not in stock for immediate shipping. Lead times vary. Please email us for more information. Please note that APT does not extrude rod & tube. The length of our custom molded rod and tube sections varies with diameter. Typical maximum lengths are approx. 12" or less. Please email us your material specifications, stock size, quantity & delivery requirements. We'll be happy to review your request and contact you with a quotation as soon as possible.

Materials include: Virgin Teflon® PTFE Modified PTFE (Teflon® NXT) Stainless Steel Filled PTFE Glass/Graphite/Carbon filled PTFE available Solid ball sizes range from 1/8" to 3" diameter.
