APT machines made-to-order precision CNC machined parts from high-purity materials. Applications include Chemical Handling components and Pump parts, Semiconductor processing equipment, custom PTFE Labware for Silicon Wafer & Crystal Dipping, Scientific Research Projects, Biotech & Pharmaceutical processing, FDA approved Food Industry products, and Electrical & Electronics applications.

We custom compression mold nearnet shapes and as-molded components utilizing Teflon™ PTFE resin. These include solid & hollow balls, ball valve seats and seals, high-purity valve body stock, PTFE insulators and connectors, PTFE bearings, spacers, washers, and sleeve bearings and linings.

Materials processed at APT include Virgin PTFE, Filled PTFE Compounds, Colored & Modified PTFE (Teflon™ NXT 85 PTFE). PTFE Compounds include blended fillers of glass fiber, carbon, bronze, stainless steel, molybdenum - each compounded with PTFE to improve mechanical & wear properties. APT also transfer molds PCTFE (Kel-F).  PCTFE is an ideal material for cryogenic applications due to its excellent cold temperature performance.
