Teflon™ PFA 350

Perfluoroalkoxy Copolymer Resin

Teflon™ PFA 350 has a low flow rate, increased flex life, and an enhanced resistance to stress cracking over other grades of PFA. It retains properties after service at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and also maintains useful properties as low as -196°C (-320°F)

PFA 350 is a translucent general-purpose fluoropolymer resin, with properties similar to PTFE.

Please note that APT does not injection mold PFA.  We CNC machine parts from PFA stock.

Material characteristics include the following:

  • Chemically inert to most industrial chemicals & solvents
  • Good creep resistance at upper service temperature
  • Increased flex life over PFA Grade 340
  • Enhanced resistance to stress cracking over other grades
  • Exceptionally low dielectric constant & dissipation factor
  • Resists ignition and does not promote flame spread

  • Typical Material Properties:

    Tensile Strength, Ultimate:  ~4000 psi
    Tensile Strength, Yield:  ~2180 psi
Tensile Creep Modulus, 1 hour:  39,2000 psi
    Elongation at break:  300%
    Hardness, Shore D:  55
