APT adds Mazak Integrex J-200

APT has added a new Mazak to the shop floor. The Intergrex J-200 with the SmoothG control increases our capacity for turn-mill, multi-axis part production of Teflon™ PTFE and a variety of engineering plastics. This multi-tasking machine provides precision turning along with angular milling, drilling & tapping. The Mazatrol SmoothG control’s large multi-touch screen provides an efficient programming interface. It has a graphical touch association of part features to their program parameters. The machine’s advanced programming compliments the capabilities of APT’s other Mazak machining centers.
